T4T Plays

Theatre. Drama. Comedy. 8 plays. Improvisation. Emotion. Surprise. One day. T4T 13th edition

In the Spot broke the ice! They were the first ones to get up on stage and perform. Their play was about change and how people react in different situations.

The next play belonged to Silver 05. They sure managed to entertain the public and everyone seemed to like the three main characters they brought to life. We listened to three different stories about a murder, told in a funny way.

The young actors from Nobody's Group focused on a main character whose constant line was 'My name is not John!'. Confused and angry about the idea of fighting, the young man woke up at the end of the play on a hospital bed, in a time of war.

The Knockers's play had rhythm beats and romance. Two dancing crews argued about their territory while their leaders fell in love one with each other.

The Hooleelogans explored the idea of generations in their play. While reading her dead husband's will, a woman finds out that her beloved was unfaithful to her. Meanwhile, her son falls in love.

The girls from Cheer-Up presented to the jury and to the audience typical teenager personalities and their daily problems.

Another play which prompted smiles and applause was the one interpreted by A.C.T.. Visually colourful and with amusing moments, the play also involved a flame between two characters.

Last but not least, the teenagers from Heavenly Hell surprised the audience with their play. A large number of characters were gathered at a wedding: the bride, the groom, their mothers, the priest, the photographer, an arrogant sister and a young woman in love with the groom were caught up in a hilarious sequence of events. It all ended with the arrest of the newly weds.

Workshops ManyFest

Astăzi cei de la Manyfest şi-au finalizat lucrările pentru concurs. Au muncit din greu, calculatoarele au fost asaltate de cei de la fotografie şi scurt-metraj, iar cei de la grafică au finisat desenele. Trainerii au ştiut cum să facă workshop-urile cât mai plăcute.

"Alin (trainer foto), ne-a plimbat prin oraş şi a considerat că SCART LOC LEJER ne inspiră cel mai mult. Ne-am uitat la multe filme din care am acumulat multe cunoştinţe din domeniu. Tema festivalului ne-a dat de cap, dar Alin a reuşit să ne ajute să dăm ce-i mai bun din noi."

"În aceste zile ne-am şlefuit tehnică în arta filmului. Onut şi Ionuţ (traineri scurt-metraj) ne-au ajutat să ne construim un scenariu de calitate. Deşi povestea a fost creată de noi, sfaturile lor s-au dovedit a fi folositoare în exprimarea cu ajutorul imaginii."

"In prima zi am descoperit diferite tehnici, iar mai tarziu am descoperit Timisoara: Flavia ne-a dus la Facultatea de Arte si la Palatul Baroc. Intre timp, va facem cunostinta cu noul membru al echipei noastre: ANTON (realizat din doze de RedBull si sarma).

Spectacol Obligo

După motto-ul "Nu știm. Improvizăm.", Trupa Obligo a susținut aseară un spectacol de improvizație incendiar care a ridicat publicul în picioare. Acesta a fost bazat pe gândurile timișorenilor însemnate pe câte un bilețel care au fost folosite ulterior ca replici în joculețele actorilor. Unul din cele mai amuzante momente a fost "Povestea de dragoste": reconstituirea primei întâlniri a unui cuplu format, în cazul nostru, de doi membri ai trupei "In the spot" din Bacău. Fie că ați fost acolo și vreți să vă amintiți de momentele hazlii, fie ca nu, dar sunteți curioși, enjoy the pictures!

Seara Obligó

Astazi, in Porto Arte, pentru participantii T4T si ManyFest, dar si pentru publicul larg, are loc o reprezentatie a trupei Obligo, cunoscuta in domeniul teatrului de improvizatie.

Pretul biletelor este de 5 lei atat pentru participantii T4T sau ManyFest, cat si pentru organizatori, si de 10 lei pentru restul publicului. Intrarea participantilor si a organizatorilor se face pe baza badge-urilor, iar biletele se pot achizitiona de la intrare.

Va asteptam cu mare drag, incepand cu ora 20:00.

Opening T4T

The 13th lucky edition of T4T - Theatre Festival for Teenagers - has oficially begun. For one week we will be busy T4T-ing throughout the city.

The whole concept of this year's edition is based on these words: 'where do we go from here ?'. Following the path that we started last year, once again, AT4T's two festivals will take place simultaneously. The connection between ManyFest and T4T is made by photographs and drawings submitted into the contest by the participants from ManyFest. Each one of the eight drama groups will receive an art work from ManyFest, but the trick is that there will be two groups receiving the same picture...

Together with organisers, participants and members of the jury we will have among us nine trainers who will assist and support the groupes. With their help, in only four days, the amateur actors will have to create a play based on the picture they had previously received.

Well, we regret to announce you, but we have to take a little break from writing in order to attend the festivity.

We' re back on track now! The opening ceremony, which took place at Casa de Cultura a Studentilor has ended just a few minutes ago. After everyone became familiar with this edition's concept, a short projection film reminded us where we started from. This year's drama groups are: A.C.T., Nobody's Group, In the Spot- Bacau, The Knockers- Suceava, Cheer-Up- Piatra Neamt, Heavenly Hell and The Hooleelogans- Timisoara. They first had to choose a number which hid the name of their trainer and then another one which revealed the picture they will base their play on.

The public's reaction was in the spirit of T4T, they had a good laugh and it seems like we're off to a good start.

AT4T a dat startul celei de-a cincea ediţie a Festivalului de Arte Vizuale - ManyFest.

Tema festivalului de anul acesta este “Identitatea”. Fiecare participant a încercat să redea cât mai bine tema propusă prin intermediul fotografiilor, scurt - metrajelor sau prin intermediul graficii, acestea fiind cele trei secţiuni de anul acesta.

Festivitatea de deschidere a avut loc în Sala Barocă a Muzeului de Artă. La intrare a avut loc expoziţia fotografiilor înscrise în Festival. Participanţii, reprezentanţi din rândul presei şi restul publicului au putut viziona fragmente din scurt - metrajele din ediţiile trecute ManyFest. Lucrările participanţiilor de la scurt – metraj vor putea fi urmărite în întregime joi, 25 august, în Porto Arte, unde vor fi proiectate începând cu ora 21:00.

După festivitate, participanţii împreună cu monitorii lor au plecat spre locul lejer din Scârţ unde au avut ocazia să se cunoască, sau să se recunoască. La un pahar de vorbă, participanţii au putut să îşi cunoască monitorul de anul acesta pentru a reuşi în zilele care urmează să colaboreze cât mai bine cu putinţă pe perioada festivalului. Când oboseala şi-a spus cuvântul, fiecare s-a retras pentru a-şi încărca bateriile, deoarece mâine îi aşteaptă prima zi de ateliere.

La final, fiecare trebuie să înveţe să treacă peste prejudecăţi, timiditate sau alte bariere, pentru a reuşi să îşi găsească adevărata identitate!

Astăzi se dă startul la cea de-a cincea ediţie ManyFest!

Deschiderea oficială a festivalului are loc azi, 22 august, la Sala Barocă a Muzeului de Artă Timişoara, începând cu ora 20:00.
